This is a report on the activities of the Nominating Committee in 2003-2003.

The committee was composed of:

• Julia Flanders
• Mike Fraser
• Matt Kirschenbaum (chair)
• Ray Siemens
• John Unsworth (ex officio)

Adrian Miles and Stefan Sinclair were initially named to the committee, but withdrew when they were nominated to stand for election. Their places were taken by Ray Siemens and Mike Fraser. Mike Fraser was also eventually nominated, and recused himself from the discussion of the final slate.

No officers were up for election this year.

The slate was as follows:

• Adrian Miles
• Stefan Sinclair
• Brad Scott
• Mike Fraser

Nancy Kushigian, Mike Fraser, and Adrian Miles were elected.
