Report on the ACH Page in CHum: The ACH Page has now been published in four consecutive issues of CHum, with topics as follows: --an initial "welcome" and introductory essay describing ACH and the ACH Page, signed by Julia Flanders and Willard McCarty --an essay on the humanities computing job market and mentioning the ACH jobs page/database/mentoring service, signed by Julia Flanders --an essay on Humanist signed by Wendell Piez --an essay on "the challenge for the ACH", setting out some directions for the organization, signed by John Unsworth and Julia Flanders (this was the first ACH Page following the ACH elections). The next instance is in the works and is on the life cycle of humanities computing organizations. There are several options for continuing this general idea. As long as we continue our affiliation with CHum, I suspect the ACH Page can continue appearing there. However, following John's suggestion concerning a web-based ACH newsletter, this might be a more natural and useful place for this kind of writing to appear. It is possible (since the appearance in CHum is more by courtesy than through any kind of competitive publishing) that it could continue to appear in CHum as well as on the web, in case those readerships don't fully overlap. Either way, I am happy to continue coordinating it, and would also be willing to hand it off to someone new. Respectfully submitted, Julia Flanders
