This list is the most accurate possible reconstruction of the officers of the ACH, from its inception. Please email one of the current ACH officers if you have more information, or if your term of office is incorrectly noted on this page. Terms begin and end with the calendar year
The association was founded in December of 1978. There is no record of any members of the executive council for the first 11 years of the association's existence. Names that are uncertain are highlighted in orange. A grey background indiates the first year of a person's term, or, in the case of midterm replacements, a change of officeholder.
Since 1990, the ACH officers consist of an elected chair and vice chair, who hold office for 2 years, a secretary and treasurer who are appointed for an indefinite term, and 12 members of the Executive Council. Three EC members are elected each year, for a term of 4 years.
